Physiotherapy is a method of treatment that enables you to reach your body’s full potential in mobility, function, and well-being.
Our therapists focus on hands on treatment while also coaching patients on corrective exercises to combat the root causes identified in their assessment. In addition, various techniques such as Dry Needling, Acupuncture, and Cupping are used to compliment the hands on treatment.
The Initial Assessment focuses on identifying the root cause of pain through a series of hands-on tests and discussions. Treatment will begin immediately during the Initial Assessment and a tailored plan is created.
The therapist will refer to the tailored plan developed for the patient and apply manual therapy and corrective exercises to achieve the patient’s goals. Please note the therapist may implement techniques such as active release techniques, trigger point therapy and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
Longevity and future injury prevention begin with consistent movement. Therefore, our therapists prescribe exercises that best suit your needs. Every effort is made to correct your current issues and strengthen your body to prevent future pain.

Although surgery is applicable at times, here at Grey Method, we believe that surgery should never be the first option. We do our best to utilize our clinical experience as a team to collaborate and create a detailed rehabilitative routine to help avoid surgery. Through this, we work entirely through active therapy and exercise prescription based off the patient’s condition to achieve the best results.
Paulo has done a great job at finding RMTs and Physio Therapists that reflect and are an extension of his methods and practices. Just shows how much he really cares about his patients and clients.
I have been going to Adrienne (RMT) and Naam (Physio) ever since they have opened. They have done a fantastic job and are very kind.
I also recently referred my mother to Julia and girlfriend to Adrienne, and they absolutely loved their treatments.
During the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to make myself, the staff and other clients feel very safe when they go for a treatment.
10/10 would recommend for everyone!
