Dr. Alex Tymoshenko is a chiropractor who completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College. Sport and activity have always been a part of his life. From hockey and Ukrainian dancing as a kid, to MMA and Olympic weightlifting later in life he has always been semi competitive. As an Olympic weightlifter, he has competed at the national level and coached athletes to both national and international competitions. With this training, he has experienced inevitable strains and overuse injuries. Luckily, he has always had a chiropractor in his corner to help him – that chiropractor was his father. It was building the resilience to get through injuries and becoming stronger that helped him realize he aspired to be a chiropractor.

As a chiropractor, he sees it as his job to educate you on the human body, restore optimal range of motion and rule out any movement patterns to empower you to a sustainable lifestyle. Approaching almost two decades of professional practice, Amelia Labog continues to dedicate her work through the delivery of skillful and advanced techniques in manual and massage therapy. Her experiences expanded into the profession as a teaching instructor, mentor, practice consultant, subject matter expert, and additionally working with the provincial regulatory body, The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Over the years, she has primarily worked within the multidisciplinary sector, focusing on the delivery of safe, effective treatment, pain management and educating in prevention. Her current passion is the pursuit of continued training in traditional Thai massage, travelling when possible to its deeply rooted heritage in Thailand.

Soraia has over 10 year experience working in the fitness and health field. While working as a fitness trainer for youth athletes she wanted to do more for those experiencing pain and recovering from injury, so she decided to further her education and pursue a career in health care. She became an RMT in 2016 and has combined her knowledge and passion of exercise and movement in her treatments. Soraia is no stranger to the rehab process, having gone through 3 knee surgeries herself. She understands the importance of having a knowledgeable and caring therapist, who truly understands your needs. She strives to provide well-rounded treatments, taking a patient-centred and individualized approach to help you reach your goals. When Soraia’s not working you can find her in the gym or doing outdoor activities like hiking, camping and kayaking.

Geoffrey Malana is a highly experienced and skilled registered massage therapist and personal trainer, with a decade of experience in massage therapy and 14 years in personal training.

Geoffrey is passionate about helping his clients recover from injury and dysfunction and is known for his expertise in utilizing a range of manual therapy techniques such as Functional Range Release, MIPA work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, combined with corrective exercises. Geoffrey’s passion for helping others began early in his life. He discovered his love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals while working as a personal trainer during his college years. After earning a degree in Chemistry and certification in personal training, he pursued further education and training in massage therapy, which allowed him to broaden his scope of practice and help clients recover from injuries and dysfunction.

In his practice, Geoffrey takes a client-centered approach, working closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. He believes that a combination of manual therapy techniques and corrective exercises is the key to achieving long-term health and wellness.

Outside of his practice, Geoffrey enjoys staying active and spending time with his son Ashton, his wife Catherine, and his dog Sulley.

Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been practicing for 6 years. She graduated from Oxford College in July 2017, in addition to Everest College as a Physiotherapist Assistant in 2010. She has worked in multidisciplinary clinics for the past 8 years and gained experience in rehabilitation treatments for pre and post surgical clients, sports related conditions, overuse injuries and motor-vehicle accidents. She also continuously educates her clients on the importance of daily movement and exercises to help improve their activities of day-to-day living.

During the duration of her career, Jessica caters her treatment with soft tissue techniques, trigger point therapy and rehabilitation exercises. She also has experience in practicing myofascial release, joint mobilization, temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) conditions, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massages.

Jessica continues to pursue her passion to empower her clients and community, to feel better and ensure they are taking care of their body. In her spare time, she continues to live an active lifestyle and enjoys dancing and working out at the gym.

Daniel tailors each interaction and treatment to his patients’ individual goals and guides them to their full potential. His treatment approach includes a thorough assessment, patient education, manual therapy followed by prescribing the appropriate home exercise program.
