Tony is an exceptional physiotherapist. I had hip issues for years that other physios and chiros were not able to fix. As a national-level bodybuilder, preventive maintenance and injury recovery is extremely crucial. Paulo had been my RMT since 2017 and had been nothing but one of the most professional and detailed therapists I’ve ever had. The level of understanding for each patient’s needs had always been his priority. Pure honest opinion and suggestion to the patient in regard to time frame and technique required to fix the physical issue in hand. The Grey Method location is one spotless environment and filled with highly skilled professional individuals to provide treatment.

From my 15+ years of having monthly massages, Julia is the best therapist I’ve experienced. Julia was able to exactly pinpoint and relieve my problem areas, applying the perfect amount of pressure needed. We have visited this center for lower back and neck treatments. The ladies at the reception were very helpful, friendly and cooperative. The center was very clean, and in Physiotherapy, we were very lucky to have Raphaële. She could pinpoint the source of the pain very easily and prescribe precise and helpful exercises with directions and advice to kill that pain completely…. I highly recommend her and wish all the other Team-members all the best.

Came in a few weeks ago with serious pain, to the point I went to the hospital. With the help of Tony (physiotherapy) and Vince (massage therapist), after 2-3 weeks, my pain has reduced to nothing. Tony spends time assessing what’s wrong and helps to stretch out my pinch nerve and showed me techniques and exercises to help me. Thank you for your help.

I had an amazing massage today! So thankful that the staff was not only available but also enthusiastic and outgoing on a Sunday. Adrienne is super friendly and evidently knowledgeable in her field. I have been going to Grey Method for about 2 weeks for Sciatica and Meniscus treatment. I highly recommend Tony Li, who is very helpful and knowledgeable. After careful examination, he came up with a treatment and exercise plan, which helped to decrease the numbness and tingling in my toes as well as pain in the knees.

Just had a massage from UDEY. I came to him after reading his bio and gave him a try for a shoulder injury, and boy, he didn’t disappoint!!! Not only did he teach about my injury he also taught me preventative care for home and how to strengthen the area. Felt so relaxed and relieved afterwards!
