My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and professional, and did an exceptional job at loosening all the tight knots i had in my back. I visited Grey Method Oakville a couple weeks ago to see a chiropractor for the first time. Dr. Nathalie made my first chiro visit a pleasant experience! She is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as she explained everything she was doing- from soft tissue work, acupuncture, and back adjustments. I recently visited Grey Method Oakville and saw one of the massage therapists. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Finally, a clinic with actual knowledge on what they are doing. I visited this place last week and the service was undeniably one of the best I have ever experienced. Usually other places put a machine on you for 20 minutes then you’re done. NOT HERE, these guys actually do manual manipulation and get to the root cause. These guys care and it shows. I wish it was a bit closer but I’m still willing to travel here because of the sheer quality care I’ve received. Recommend it 100%.

My lower back pain was gone after a few sessions with Paulo. He throughly made me understand why I had my back pain. The massage was very good! He also prescribed me an exercise plan to help strengthen the muscles I neglected. It’s a game changer!

We briefly discussed the areas I wanted to focus on. The massage was very relaxing! The space is very clean, and designed beautifully. I’ve always been a fan of Grey Method and I can’t sing their praises enough. Although I’m just a patient, I feel so proud to go here and recommend it to anyone I encounter when the subject matter is relevant. I am a frequent visitor of their Mississauga location but decided to go to their new location in Oakville, mainly because they have chiropractors here. As someone who has never gone to a chiropractor before I was excited to see what my experience would be like. Before I continue, I want to give a big shoutout to Paulo and Gavin. These guys go above and beyond in pursuing excellence and making their clients feel appreciated and satisfied. They do a wonderful job at overseeing their clinics. Keep it up brothers. With that being said, the chiropractor I saw today was Nathalie. She was very sweet, extremely knowledgable, and thoroughly professional. While my little brain was not able to comprehend everything that she told me, I appreciated how much she sought to inform and make me feel comfortable during the whole session. She was able to identify my issues, while addressing them with accuracy. Needless to say, Nathalie is awesome. Do yourself a favour, and go see her for all your chiropractor needs! And even if that isn’t the case. Even if you’re looking for physiotherapy or massage therapy, then Grey Method is the place to go. I just love this establishment, and the people who work here. Sure, I visited this particular location with a bias because of my former experience. But it proved true, just like the Mississauga location is wonderful, so is their Oakville location. I’ll definitely be back here 🙂

I have been searching for a good RMT since moving to Oakville 16 months ago. I’ve been to Grey Method in Oakville twice now and have made the change to making it my permanent place for treatment. The place is clean and has a nice aesthetic. My therapist was Geoff and he was super knowledgeable. I will def be returning as soon as my benefits allow me… also they do direct billing!

I had recently been experiencing a lot of shoulder pain that made it difficult for me to fall asleep due to the discomfort. A friend referred me to the clinic for massage therapy. The RMT treated my shoulders, in addition to issues in my neck, where I thought there was no pain originally. I was educated on my joints, muscles and posture, but also given stretches and exercises to do at home to prevent further shoulder pain. Grey method is the place to go!

Amazing space & experience. I’m an avid RMT user who frequents reputable clinics and high end spas. This little gem in downtown Oakville offered me the best RMT massage I’ve ever received, and I don’t say that lightly. I booked with Geoffrey Malana; he was so knowledgeable & helped articulate the physiological roots of my pain. He went through each problem area and tackled with precision. You know when you get a massage and you wish they’d stay in a spot longer; or you get a bit sad as they quickly pass over your painful area or they struggle to hone in on it? There was absolutely none of that here. Every place I had pain was found instantly and worked through in a very systematic Massage-meets-Physio method. I was floored & will absolutely be going back every few weeks. If you experience any chronic pain, have trouble areas, or just need to relax and heal your muscles- truly can’t recommend enough! Very cute and chic little spot downtown Oakville. Park behind the building one street north (there is a cheap paid lot and additional paid roadside parking; far easier than trying to nab a spot on lakeshore). Love! So happy to have recently discovered.

I have been seeing Geoff at Grey Method Oakville for massage therapy for a number of months now and always feel recharged after each session. Right from the initial assessment I was impressed as Geoff was very thorough and made sure to not only assess the problem area I came in for that day but he did a full analysis of my body, past treatments, accidents, issues, etc. His hands-on work is incredible (good pain!) and truly targets any tight or sore areas, while also finding and addressing the source of the issues; I instantly feel better mobility. Seeing him regularly and coming away from appointments with strengthening exercises based on his vast fitness background has proven to be very helpful for my health and wellness. I now see multiple people for various services and they truly have a dream team here! As a pregnant woman coming up on 6 months, pregnancy safe treatment options for back aches and shoulder pain become more and more limited. Booked a prenatal massage with RMT Louisa and instantly felt relief knowing she has much experience in this area. Highly recommend this clinic! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and will take their time to answer your questions. I have had excellent service from Paulo. I saw him for a massage before a 30 km run and I strongly believe because of his recommendations I was able to hit a personal best time and recover incredibly fast. He provided me with exercises, a post care plan and I was called two days after by the receptionist to check in about my experience. 10/10 service 🙂

I’ve been a client of the Mississauga clinic for 2 years and was ecstatic when the Oakville location opened since I regularly commute between both cities. I’ve only ever had excellent experiences at both locations as I’ve gone for physio & massage therapy. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed by a professional, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. I had won a 30 min massage with Grey Method from the Oakville Wellness Walk I did in April. Geoff was professional and made me feel comfortable (usually choose a woman for massage therapy). He was personable, and the massage was intense at the same time so good. I had pain for a couple days after as he explained I would and I truly feel better. I will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend Geoff!
